Marinade Grilled Lamb Chops
  • Ingredients

  • 3/4 mug balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 glass olive oil
  • 3 tbsps fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsps minced clean rosemary (or perhaps employ Three or more teaspoons dried up)
  • Only two tbsps . minced refreshing garlic (or to tastes)
  • black pepper (I use about 1-1/2 teaspoons)
Method
  1. Blend most elements, then fill over lamb chops in the glass recipe.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8-10 hrs, converting the chops from time to time.
  3. Time the particular lamb grinds along with sea salt along with pepper, then bbq grill, basting using gravy.
  4. Delicious recipe is ready to serve.

Ingredients
  • Juice of half lemon
  • 450g lamb mince 
  • 1tbsp oil 
  • 55g fresh coriander leaves, (washed and chopped) 
  • 4 cloves garlic, (crushed) 
  • 4 green chillies, (de-seeded and chopped) 
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder 
  • 1tsp cumin powder 
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper, (crushed) 
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala 
  • 2tsp grated ginger 
  • 1tsp salt
Method
  1. Mix two teaspoons of lemon juice and the lamb mince in a bowl.
  2. Blend the oil, garlic, ginger, chillies, crushed pepper, cumin, coriander powder, lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt in a food processor to a paste.
  3. Stir the paste and coriander into the mince. With wet hands skewer the meat into long sausage shapes.
  4. Rotate the meat around the skewer, pressing gently all round. Alternatively, shape the mixture into small patties. Brush each kebab with a little oil and grill under a medium heat or barbecue for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Ingredients
  • 500 grms  lamb chops 
  • 2 small onions chopped 
  • 1 tsp ginger/garlic paste 
  • 2 3 eggs1 tsp salt 
  • 1 tbsp vinegar 
  • 1 tsp black pepper 
  • 1/2 cup oil
Method
  1. Wash the chops and pierce them all over with a fork, parboil and drain them. Rub the ginger / garlic, salt and pepper on the chops. 
  2. Then spread the onions on top and set aside for 15 minutes. 
  3. Beat the eggs until they are fluffy and then pour over the chops. 
  4. Sprinkle the vinegar on top. 
  5. Heat the oil and fry until they are golden brown. 
  6. Serve hot with your choice of sauce or main dish.

Ingredients
  • 60g ghee
  • 20g cumin seeds
  • 250g onion, (finely chopped)
  • 50g garlic, (chopped)
  • 30g each, green chillies and ginger, (finely chopped)
  • 15g each, coriander and turmeric powders
  • 10g cinnamon powder
  • 2g clove powder
  • 20g red chilli flakes
  • 20g garam masala
  • 800g lamb mince 
  • Salt, to taste
  • 40g coriander leaves, (chopped)
  • 200g wheat flour, to make dough 
  • Sunflower oil, for frying
Method
  1. Heat ghee in a deep frying pan.
  2. Add cumin, onion, garlic, green chilli and ginger and saute over a medium heat for two minutes.
  3. Add turmeric, coriander, cinnamon and clove powder, red chilli flakes, garam masala and saute for another two minutes. 
  4. Now add lamb mince and mix well. Cover and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes until mince is cooked.
  5. Season with salt and then add coriander leaves and stir for two minutes. 
  6. Take pan off the heat and set aside to cool. 
  7. Knead flour with some water and salt to form dough. Divide into eight portions.
  8. Roll out each portion to a medium disc to make paratha.
  9. Place a portion of mince at the center of each paratha, bring up edges to seal and roll out again to a medium-sized disc. 
  10. Cook stuffed parathas in an oiled hot frying pan until golden brown on both sides.
